Fourth Quarter
Net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2004 totaled $68.1 million, reflecting an increase of 24.7 percent, compared with net revenues of $54.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2003 and 8.7 percent compared to pro forma net revenues, including the Company's Regentek(TM) division acquired in November 2003, of $62.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2003.
