Regent Reports First Quarter 2004 Results; - Net Broadcast Revenues and Station Operating Income Up 9 and 24, Respectively -.

Regent Communications, Inc. announced today financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2004.

For the first quarter of 2004, net broadcast revenues increased 8.5 to $17.8 million from $16.4 million reported for the first quarter of 2003. For the same period, operating income increased to $1.4 million from $871,000. The Company reported net income of $319,000 for the quarter, or $0.01 per share, compared with reported net income of $110,000, or $0.00 per share, in the same period last year.
