Greenfield Online, Inc , a leading provider of Internet survey solutions to marketing research and consulting companies, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Rapidata.net, Inc. ("Rapidata"), a privately-held North Carolina corporation, for $5.5 million in cash, subject to certain post closing adjustments.
