The jury in the cases of Camille Olsen versus Wyeth and Isabel Vega vs Wyeth in the USA's Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas has found in favor of the US drugmaker in the second, liability phase of this bifurcated (two-phase) trial relating to the company's fenfluramine-based diet drugs. Although the jury had assessed $5.5 million in potential damages during phase one of the trial, the April 8 decision means that Wyeth has no liability in this case.
