(BULLETIN BOARD: NNCO) , which announced on March 29 that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Red Alert Group, Inc., today announced that Red Alert Group will serve as a Platinum Sponsor of the 30th Annual Convention for the National Conference of Black Mayors. The Convention will take place in Philadelphia from April 28th through May 1st, 2004.
