Pratt & Whitney (P&W), in partnership with the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, earned the Aviation Week Charles B. Ryan Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Award for innovative partnering providing cost-effective readiness to the U.S. Air Force. The Ryan Award is the most prestigious award in the MRO community, and this year it recognizes the government/industry team for business innovation in support of the F100 engine powering F-15 and F-16 fighters, as well as the F119 engine powering the new F/A-22 Raptor.
