Michael Kors (USA), Inc., announced today that it has entered into a license agreement with Fossil, Inc., to design, develop, and distribute a line of women's and men's timepieces under MICHAEL Michael Kors label. The timepieces are set to debut in Fall 2004 in conjunction with the unprecedented launch of the MICHAEL Michael Kors label which includes full men's, women's and accessories collections.
Michael Kors stated, "A timepiece is one of the most personal things a man or woman can wear. Our watches will be the perfect mix of form and function; with Fossil on board, I know they will execute my vision perfectly."
