Kolkata, Apr 15 (PTI) NASA's shift of focus from Mars to Moon has irked researchers on the Mars Mission working for years to answer the question of life on the red planet and hoping to track any signs of habitability on the faraway land.
NASA veterans find moon "an unnecessary stop on the way to Mars".
"NASA has changed directions to define Moon as its priority research area. This certainly has made people on the Mars Mission unhappy", Amitabha Ghosh, NASA's extraterrestrial geologist and the only Asian on its Mars Mission told PTI.
