SmartServ Online, Inc. today announced results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2003. Revenues were $709,000 for the year ended December 31, 2003, compared to $196,000 for the previous year. The net loss for 2003 was $17,538,000, compared to $8,037,000 in 2002. The basic and diluted loss per share for the year ended December 31, 2003 was $8.46 and $6.01 for the comparable period in 2002. Excluding charges of $9,897,000 and $1,548,000, respectively, as to financing costs and impairment of capital assets and capitalized software, the net loss for 2003 was $6,093,000.
Revenues for the fourth quarter 2003 totaled $95,000 compared to $49,000 in 2002. ...
