Alaska Airlines has announced the appointment of Ben Minicucci to staff vice president of maintenance.
Minicucci, 38, is currently vice president of aircraft maintenance for Air Canada in Vancouver, B.C.
Minicucci will be responsible for all of Alaska Airlines maintenance, including oversight and supervision of base maintenance, line maintenance, maintenance operations and production support. More than 1,000 maintenance technicians and management employees will report to him.
