Falcon Products, Inc. , a leading manufacturer of commercial furniture, today announced sales and operating results for its first quarter ended January 31, 2004.
Net sales for the first quarter of fiscal 2004 were $49.9 million, a 23% decrease from $65.1 million for the first quarter of 2003. The Company reported a net loss for the quarter of $12.2 million, or $1.33 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $0.3 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2003.
