Leesport Bank, a subsidiary of Leesport Financial Corp., announced it has become the first bank in the Berks County market to offer a Reverse Mortgage.
Joan M. Wood, Residential Mortgage Originator, will serve as the bank's Reverse Mortgage program administrator and work closely with the Bank's partner, Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, headquartered in Irvine, CA.
In a partnership with Financial Freedom, Leesport Bank will coordinate the process with a Reverse Mortgage Specialist who will walk the customer through the entire process, from information to application to counseling to completion.
