El Paso Corporation today announced two management changes.
Keith Forman has been promoted to the position of senior vice president, Finance. Forman, who joined El Paso in 1998, was most recently vice president, El Paso Field Services and chief financial officer, GulfTerra Energy Partners L.P. , a publicly traded master limited partnership. In his position with GulfTerra, he was responsible for the financing activities of the partnership, including its commercial and investment banking relationships.
