Kupper Parker Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: KPCG) , a global marketing communications company, today announced that upon completion of its annual audit, the company's financial results increased from unaudited results announced on November 24, 2003.

For the fiscal year ended October 31, 2003, net income was $1,218,783 or $.21 per share. This is due to net adjustments of $212,872 resulting primarily from the Federal income tax benefit of a net operating loss carryback recorded in the fourth quarter of 2003, which also increased fourth quarter net income to $499,977 or $.09 per share.
