Weight Loss Forever International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: WLFI) today announced the formation of Tammy Phillips Fitness Group LLC, which acquired 100% of Tammy Phillips Fitness Boot Camps, including all intellectual properties, programs, company trademarks, logos and other copyrighted materials. Tammy Phillips and WLFI will each own 50% of the new company. WLFI will be the owner of all franchising rights. Now in its fourth year of operation, the Tammy Phillips Boot Camp program has graduated over 5,000 recruits, mostly in Virginia. There are currently five franchises conducting 6-8 classes a day, with a 92% customer renewal record.
