Medco Health Solutions, Inc. today announced it submitted a proposal to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to offer a nationwide, Medicare-endorsed discount drug card program. Medco Health is also partnering with key health plan clients to participate in their proposed offerings.
