Innovo Group Inc. , a sales and marketing organization designing and selling branded and private label apparel and accessory products to the retail and private label markets, announced today that it has entered into a multi-year licensing agreement with Betsey Johnson(R) for its women's jeans and denim related apparel products.
Under the terms of the agreement, Innovo Group shall have the right to design, market and distribute women's jeans and denim related apparel, such as t-shirts and tops, under the Betsey Johnson(R) brand name.
