LCS Group, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: LCSI.OB) ("LCS") announced the results of its Special Stockholders Meeting held today in Mahopac, New York. LCS' stockholders approved all of the matters set forth in the Company's proxy statement delivered in connection with the Special Stockholders Meeting. At the Special Stockholders Meeting, LCS' stockholders approved:
1. An amendment to LCS' Certificate of Incorporation to
