Weight Loss Forever International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: WLFI) today announced several significant changes to the company's board of directors were made during the last board meeting of December 16, 2003. Mr. Michael D'Apolito has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Weight Loss Forever International Inc., and Mr. Byron Rambo has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the company.
