Article: Ronson Corporation Announces Intention to Appeal Federal Court's Order to Dismiss Ronson's Complaint.

Ronson Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: RONCP) announced today that it will appeal the decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey to dismiss Ronson's Complaint filed in July 2003 against Steel Partners II (Steel), Warren Lichtenstein and investors in Steel, alleging numerous violations of the disclosure laws and rules of the Securities Exchange Act and the New Jersey Shareholders Protection Act and a separate charge of tortious interference with Ronson's business.

In reaching its decision the Court did not review or consider the validity of Ronson's substantive charges against Steel, basing the order for dismissal solely on its conclusion ...
