UNLESS the over-population problem in this country and the world is controlled by government decree, a day will come when this problem will have to be solved not with the cooperation of couples with option to decide whether or not to use contraceptives to stop increase of population or the over-population will just be allowed to swallow the country or the world. By then, this problem may have to be treated like international terrorism that has to be solved by force, not by arms on population control though, but by force of law or administrative edicts. To show the critical importance of over population, the problem is now equated with the international terrorism menace. ...
