The results of the 2005 PCD&M Designers Salary Survey are in--the first-ever to target solely PCB design and layout professionals. Since this is the first time we've surveyed designers separately--the design engineer contingent was surveyed last fall--we can't compare these results with results from other surveys year-on-year. But because this information comes from PCB designers only, it should provide a good baseline to compare against future designer-only surveys.
