Regency Centers Corporation announced today the expansion of its joint venture relationship with Macquarie CountryWide Trust of Australia through the contribution of four Regency shopping centers. Regency will maintain a 25% ownership interest and will manage the properties on behalf of the joint venture.
The following four properties closed into the venture on December 15, 2003. The gross sales price of the properties was $74.2 million representing a first year yield of 8.5%.
