Fidelity Integrated Financial Solutions (Fidelity), a division of Fidelity National Financial , announced today that First Community Services, L.P. (FCS) has selected the HORIZON Banking System as the foundation for their information technology platform. FCS is the service company for First National Bank Texas and Fort Hood National Bank. These institutions have more than $600 million in assets and over 90 bank branches between them.
