Silicon Image, , a leader in high-bandwidth semiconductor and system solutions for mass markets, announced today that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department staff had notified Silicon Image that it was not in compliance with NASD Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14) because it has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2003 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As a result, Silicon Image's common stock is subject to delisting from the NASDAQ National Market.
