ABN AMRO Merchant Services, LLC. (AAMS), a joint venture of LaSalle Bank Corporation and National Processing Company, LLC. (NPC(R)), a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. , announced the renewal of a merchant processing agreement with Michigan Restaurant Association (MRA), the recognized leader of Michigan's hospitality industry. Under the terms of the agreement, AAMS will continue providing credit card authorization and settlement services for Michigan Restaurant Association members.
