Article: Tenneco Automotive Takes Legal Action Against Counterfeiting; Files Unfair Competition Suits Against Four Companies For Counterfeiting Its Elastomer Products.

Tenneco Automotive announced today that the company has filed suit against four Asia- based companies for counterfeiting Tenneco Automotive elastomer products, which the company sells in the original equipment and replacement parts market primarily for vehicle suspension systems.

Tenneco Automotive took the legal action against the following companies after finding counterfeited Tenneco Automotive bushings on display at each of their booths during the AAPEX trade show in Las Vegas last week:
