Antares Pharma, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: ANTR) announced today that two new members have joined its Board of Directors effective October 31, 2003. Mr. Anton Gueth was elected to a three-year term at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on October 31, 2003, and Mr. Thomas J. Garrity was appointed to a three-year term, effective October 31, 2003, to fill a vacant position on the Board.
