CIRCOR International, Inc. , a leading provider of valves and fluid control products for the instrumentation, fluid regulation and petrochemical markets, announced today results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2003. Net income for the third quarter of 2003 was $4.4 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, compared to $3.8 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, for the 2002 third quarter, an increase of 16.7% in earnings per share. Revenues for the 2003 third quarter were $86.7 million, an increase of 4.3% from $83.1 million for the third quarter of 2002.
