MIAMI, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Carnival Cruise Lines, Inc., (NYSE: CCL) announced today that it intends to rename the parent company the Carnival Corporation.  At the same time, it announced that Bob Dickinson has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of its Carnival Cruise Lines operating unit.
