Robotic Vision Systems, Inc. (RVSI) (NasdaqSC: RBVEC) today said its Acuity CiMatrix Division had received a $1.2 million follow-on order for Visionscape(TM) machine vision products for use by a major consumer personal care products company in a world-wide automation program to retrofit existing manufacturing lines. The systems are to be delivered between November 2003 and April 2004, and follow an initial $150,000 order received in July 2003. RVSI received the order through the customer's system integrator.
