Schering-Plough Corporation today said that the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Jersey informed the company that it has closed its investigation. As previously reported, the Office conducted the investigation which focused on selected company products manufactured in Puerto Rico. The U.S. Attorney's Office also advised that all documents submitted by Schering-Plough in connection with this investigation would be returned to the company. Schering-Plough first reported this matter in a press release issued May 15, 2002.
