DaimlerChrysler Services North America, the captive finance arm of DaimlerChrysler, created a platform for the transatlantic discussion for members of the Michigan House of Representatives Commerce Committee and their counterparts from Germany's State of Baden-Wuerttemberg in Southern Germany.
