QUALCOMM Incorporated , pioneer and world leader of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) digital wireless technology, and SanDisk Corporation , the world's largest supplier of flash memory cards, today announced support for removable miniSD and SD cards in QUALCOMM Mobile Station Modem (MSM(TM)) chipsets. Beginning with the MSM6100(TM) and including the MSM6250(TM), MSM6275(TM), MSM6300(TM) and MSM6500(TM) chipsets, QUALCOMM's chipsets and system software will fully support the SD card architecture.
