Electric City announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on September 24th at 10 A.M. C.S.T. at the Best Western in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Company's Annual Report and Proxy have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and have been mailed to shareholders.
Electric City management is expected to focus this year's discussion on the Company's plans to expand its development of Virtual "Negawatt" Power systems in light of the historic power outage experienced on August 14th, 2003.
