Generex Biotechnology Corporation announced today the completion of its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Antigen Express, Inc. in exchange for approximately 2.9 million shares of Generex common stock. Dr. Joseph V. Gulfo, MD, MBA is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Antigen Express. Dr. Gulfo is also expected to join the board of directors of Generex.
Antigen Express will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Generex focused on the development of immunomedicines for the treatment of malignant, infectious, autoimmune and allergic diseases. The company's potential products are based on two ...
