SRS Labs Inc. , a leading provider of innovative audio, voice and semiconductor technology solutions, today announced that it has added an independent member to its Board of Directors. Winston E. Hickman was elected to the SRS Labs Board of Directors at the company's 2003 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held June 18. Hickman will serve as a Class I director and a member of the Audit Committee for a three-year term expiring at the company's Annual Meeting in 2006.
