Stressgen Biotechnologies Corporation (TSX: SSB) announced today that results from its Phase II trial with HspE7 showed a statistically significant reduction in the number of surgeries for the seriously debilitating and sometimes life-threatening condition of pediatric recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP). RRP is a disease causing warts of the upper airways resulting from the same human papillomavirus (HPV) types that cause genital warts.
