For the third consecutive year, Resource Bank has been named Top Lender - Community Bank, by the Richmond District of the Small Business Administration. The award recognizes Resource for the quality and volume of its SBA lending program, as well as its efforts in support of the mission of the SBA. Resource was selected for the honor from all the lenders in its asset size in the SBA's Richmond District.
