Wolverine Tube, Inc. today announced the results of the Company's 2003 annual meeting, which was held at the American Conference Centers in New York, New York on May 14, 2003.
Shareholders voted to elect three directors, Chris A. Davis, W. Barnes Hauptfuhrer and Dennis Horowitz, with terms expiring at the 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. In addition, shareholders ratified Ernst & Young LLP as the company's independent certified public accountants for the year of 2003 and approved the Wolverine Tube, Inc. 2003 Equity Incentive Plan.
