ConAgra Foods, Inc. , one of America's leading packaged food companies, today announced the sale of the Bumble Bee canned seafood business and other seafood assets to a group that includes Bumble Bee operating management and affiliates of Centre Partners Management LLC, a private investment firm. The transaction includes the Bumble Bee, Orleans, Paramount, and Clover Leaf brands, as well as the Bumble Bee operating facilities in California, Louisiana, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Ecuador.
