International Specialty Products Inc. ("ISP"), announced that it has acquired 100 of Germinal S.A. Germinal was founded in 1993 to supply the meat and dairy industry in Southern Latin America with ingredient systems. A technical service-based business, Germinal provides solutions to their customers' needs. Germinal has a manufacturing facility at its headquarters in Cabreuva, Brazil.
