Studies have shown that nasal congestion is the most bothersome symptom of allergic rhinitis.(1,2) According to a new survey, 60 percent of nasal allergy sufferers agree that nasal congestion is their most bothersome symptom, interfering with sleep, mood and daily activities.(3) The survey also found that nasal congestion is a chronic problem, occurring daily or several times per week for 72 percent of respondents, with one in four experiencing the condition all day long.
