LOS ANGELES, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Jean-Claude Van Damme has been signed to star in Largo Entertainment's "Time Cop," it was announced today by Lloyd Levin, president of Production.
Peter Hyams will direct from a screenplay by Mark Verheiden. Moshe Diamant, Rob Tapert and Sam Raimi will produce. Dark Horse Entertainment President Mike Richardson, who created the Time Cop character, will serve as executive producer.
The sci-fi action thriller tells the story of Max Walker, (Van Damme), a cop traveling back in time to prevent a corrupt politician from altering historical events. He must also confront his own future and fate in the process. Principal photography is ...
