Ciali, President of the Company, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and named to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Ciali joined the Company as President on March 24, 2003 and has over 22 years of international senior management experience in the gold mining industry. Mr. Ronald D. Sloan, formerly Chairman and CEO, will continue as Chairman of the Company.
