U.S. Representative Ed Royce today joined Freddie Mac and a coalition of local, state and national organizations to launch the Orange County Latino Homeownership Initiative. This innovative minority outreach initiative will use an innovative Mobile Mortgage Center plus informational computer kiosks and flexible mortgage products to put hundreds of Latino families on the road to homeownership.
The Latino Homeownership Initiative is designed to reach out to Southern California residents who may not fully realize their potential to become homeowners because of cultural or language barriers or misconceptions about the homebuying process.
