Wells Real Estate Funds is pleased to announce the sale of Heritage Place, a 29,789-square-foot retail center located in Tucker, Georgia, for $3.4 million. The property was sold by Fund I and Fund II Tucker Associates, a Georgia joint venture partnership between Wells Real Estate Fund I and Fund II/Fund II-OW, to Edward Larkin of Larayne Enterprises.
The center includes two popular restaurants, Moe's Southwestern Grill and Aldo's, an Italian eatery. Wells originally developed Heritage Place in 1986. The firm maintains ownership of the adjacent 67,374 square-foot Heritage Place office building.
