Cardiac Science, Inc. , a leading manufacturer of life-saving public access defibrillators, today announced the formation of a partnership, through its Lancaster, PA-based distributor EMSC, with the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) whereby the council will promote the exclusive adoption of the Powerheart(R) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to its members nationwide.
