The once popular Soave wine is making a comeback and Olive Garden is helping to reintroduce it to North America with the addition of Bertani's Soave Classico Superiore to its newly expanded wine list. Enjoyed for its light, fresh, fruity flavor, this wine debuts on March 31 in Olive Garden's 516 restaurants. Eight other additions to the wine list include varietals from Italy, California and Australia.
