Evolve Software today announced that George Monk has joined the company as chief financial officer. Mr. Monk replaces Arthur Taylor, who has resigned to take another opportunity.
Mr. Monk brings to Evolve extensive financial management experience. He most recently served as vice president and corporate controller for Redback Networks. He also has held senior financial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Unisys, Applied Materials and Aspect Communications.
Additionally, the company announced that Jeff Drazan has resigned from Evolve's board of directors.
